Our Story
Touchstone Transitions grew from personal experience. I know what it’s like to help a family member through a major transition while trying to manage all the decisions, details and emotions that come with it.
I’ve coordinated estates and homes from a distance, helped a parent transition into managed care, and spent years managing complex real estate and business projects. Along the way, I realized how much families need one trusted person who can bring order to the process and keep things moving forward.
That’s why I created Touchstone Transitions: to give families a clear plan, a dependable point of contact, and someone they can trust to handle the details while they focus on what matters most.
